I’m Sylvia, the founder of BLEAU RAVEN. I work with businesses to get their finances organized and ​ensure timely, accurate tax filing, setting the foundation for long-term success. With over 20 years of ​accounting experience, I’ve held positions such as Accounts Payable Specialist, Staff Accountant, ​Senior Accountant, and Accounting Manager across industries like entertainment and veterinary care. ​At the National Veterinary Association (NVA), I managed the finances of 18 to 23 veterinary hospitals, ​overseeing eight-figure revenues. Later, at the National Association of Television Program Executives ​(NATPE), I advanced to Accounting Manager, where I optimized cash flow, reduced collections to 8%, ​and handled multi-million-dollar budgets.

I like to accurately allocate transactions and balance to the penny, helping clients stay organized and ​informed so they can focus on running their business. Outside of work, I’m an advocate with Parents ​of Murdered Children Los Angeles County Chapter (POMCLAC), in honor of my daughter Taylorraven.

At BLEAU RAVEN, our journey is deeply personal. This business was founded in memory of my youngest daughter, ​Taylorraven, who was tragically taken from us in a double homicide at a beach outlook at just 26. Known for her ​fearless spirit, quick wit, wisdom beyond her years, and a smile that could light up any room, Taylorraven’s zest for life ​inspires me to keep living fully and pursuing my purpose. The name BLEAU RAVEN reflects her essence—blue was her ​favorite color, and "raven" is part of her name.

Navigating a world without her has been my greatest challenge, but it has also strengthened my resolve. My purpose ​remains clear: to honor both Taylorraven and her sister by building a community grounded in family values, ​commitment, and a dedication to helping others succeed. At BLEAU RAVEN, every action we take is driven by this ​mission, transforming our grief into a force for positive change.
